Q: What happens if I miss my appointment?

A: We know life gets in the way sometimes. Therefore if you cannot attend an appointment please give us 24 hours notice. If you fail to attend an appointment with no notice you will loose that session and we do not offer a refund.

Before any treatments are carried out you must attend a consultation in clinic to discuss you and the treatments. We have to ensure that you have no lifestyle restrictions that could mean we are unable to treat you. There are some contraindications that will prevent us from treating you, therefore you must attend a consultation.
