A facial is an introduction to a professional skin treatment where you can experience medical grade products (AlumierMD) applied to the skin each treatment is individual to your skin needs. A £25 reservation fee is payable when booking your appointment, this is not refundable if you do not attend your appointment, but will be redeemed against the balance when in clinic on the day of your treatment. Cancellation within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time will result in the reservation fee being retained. By booking and paying the reservation fee you are agreeing to these conditions. You will be emailed a consultation form that must be completed within 48 hours of your appointment start time. Failure to complete this in time will result in your appointment being cancelled, and your reservation fee will be retained on the assumption that you are not attending your appointment.
