A consultation is first and foremost the most important step of your journey.  This allows you to discuss concerns and consider the best options for you. It gives us and more importantly you, an opportunity to fully understand what treatments packages and aftercare solutions are being offered and why. This process will empower you to ensure any decisions you make are solely to benefit you, it should also develop the confidence and relationship between you and the practitioner.

The consultation will either start online or in clinic by completing a consultation form which is confidential. We will ask you things like medical history, your needs, your expectations, what you are using on your skin and what is your skincare history. Once we have discussed this we will take you through some other questions dependant on your skin concerns, the more we understand you and your skin the more education or solutions can provided, so it is always best to be as honest as you can be.

We will perform a manual skin analysis and take a closer look at your skin, looking all around from your forehead around to your ears and including the neckline. This process helps us to fully understand what is happening with your skin but also gives us the opportunity in confirming your concerns in what we can see. 

Education is key, your skin and any concerns you have, will be discussed. 

Lifestyle plays a big part of our overall health and so it is important that you share as much as you can with us. This is so you will have full understanding of your skin and how certain factors can be contributing towards some of your concerns.

Together we can achieve a huge amount, with treatments in clinic and an excellent home care routine. That's a 50/50 partnership. We do our 50% by giving you the guidance and support for excellent skincare and administering the treatments and you do your 50% by following guidance and sticking to a great skin care routine. 

We shall discuss all your options for treatments in clinic and how your skin can be treated, giving you all  the information to be able to make an informed decision.

We will then talk you through your medical grade home care, which has clinically proven ingredients, enabling your skin to have the best quality for maximum improvement while complimenting your treatment plan. 

This home care routine will have solutions that we will discuss to ensure  it will seamlessly fit into your current routine to achieve the most we can for your skin health and appearance.

As your skin changes and improves the process is repeated on a 6 month review. Because so many things impact our skin quality, we need to reassess and maintain all your hard work.
